B17 card : In the Pink

Official size for such Bomber card: 11.006 cm * 8.2 cm
fire B and B for rear guns, ball and top touret
fire A and B short and long range for others (side and front)
add one canon on top with B/B.
Change some fire angles.
Add some details.
